For one week in 2009, I spent a week traveling through Northern California photographing beautiful National Parks, forests, rivers and beaches. I travelled by myself and did some camping along the way. Many of the images you see in this series are from that expedition. Among the places I visited were the lava tubes of Hat Creek, (Subway Cave), the Redwood National Forest, and the spectacular Burney Falls. I spent time in small towns like Susanville and even camped along the Gualala River. The entire journey was over 1500 miles. On my last day, I stopped in San Francisco do some advertising photography for a website our graphic design firm was creating.
